Terms and Conditions
Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery, please note that no two items will be identical and the dye batches of the wire can vary.
Packaging
Each piece of jewellery will arrive packaged in an attractive Sandy Mitchell gift box and has an accompanying card giving details of care, materials used and a few lines on Sandy Mitchell Jewellery.
Payment
There are facilities to pay by card on the website. I am unable to take payment by card over the telephone. If you wish to pay by cheque or Postal Order, please ensure you leave enough time for the cheque/PO to clear before the jewellery is sent out to you.
Delivery
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. However, as I make all the jewellery myself, there are times when production gets a little backed up - such as at Christmas.
Items are posted using Royal Mail. There will FREE delivery for items posted within the UK and a charge of £2.95 for Europe. 'Rest of the World' delivery charge is £4.50. If jewellery is needed urgently, please contact me regarding Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service. Orders over £100 are free of delivery charges.
Returns
Earrings
Due to Health and Safety Regulations I am not able to accept returns of earrings except in the event that they are damaged, defective or have been sent to you in error.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or has been sent to you in error, I would appreciate it if you would inform me as soon as possible so that I can try to sort out the problem immediately. To report a problem, please e-mail info@sandymitchell.co.uk or phone on 01598 753865.
Refund of Shipping Charges
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective or damaged on receipt, I will be happy to refund the shipping charges. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
To Return an Item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for return, box and wrap the item securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, it would be helpful if you would provide a full description of the fault. Send to:

For your protection I recommend that you use a recorded or special delivery service.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
